The "I Do Good" program is my way of giving back to the incredible people who dedicate their time, energy, and resources to making the world a better place.

This initiative supports nonprofit organizations in two ways:
Fundraising Support
I donate private training sessions and app subscriptions to be auctioned at fundraising events. 100% of the proceeds from the auction of these items go directly toward supporting the nonprofit's programs and initiatives.
Free 30-Day Fitness Program
Eligible nonprofits can enroll their staff and volunteers in a 30-day fitness program at no cost. It’s my small way of supporting those who support others—by helping you feel stronger, healthier, and more energized.
Who Is Eligible?
The "I Do Good" program is designed to support nonprofit organizations that are dedicated to:​

To be considered for participation, organizations should meet the following criteria:

Nonprofit Status: Possess a valid nonprofit designation.​
